Orders are confirmed once payment is received and dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

* Incorrect pricing errors
* Stock unavailability
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£).
Payment is required in full before dispatch.
We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store card details.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch times vary:
* Ready stock: next working day
* Standard items: 7–10 working days
* Custom/designer items: up to 20 working days
Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked.
Delivery times range from next day to 7 working days after dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.
5. Personalised & Custom Orders
Customised, personalised and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for:
* Delivery delays outside our control
* Incorrect customer information
* Indirect or consequential losses
