Shipping
Orders are dispatched as follows:
* Ready stock: next working day
* Standard items: 7–10 working days
* Custom/designer items: up to 20 working days
We ship using *Royal Mail Tracked*.
Delivery typically takes between next day and 7 working days after dispatch.
We deliver across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
* Unworn and unused
* In original condition
* With tags attached
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Customized Items
Customized, personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours:

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
